About Us

Callie was a long-time resident of New Orleans.

Newly arrived from a dozen years in Santa Fe, N.M. we plan to make Corpus Christi and the Texas Gulf Coast our Home.
Callie has always appreciated the bold and imaginative mixtures of Louisiana cuisine.
Once upon a time she was married to the sous chef of Arnaud's restaurant, a New Orleans classic.
The sous chef is no more but Callie still has his favorite cook books.
